02. User Responsibilities & Conduct

Prohibited Activities

- Sharing premium access credentials with third parties
- Using automated scripts to scrape market data or analytics
- Reselling or commercializing insights without written consent
- Engaging in market manipulation based on our signals

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for your personal or internal business use. This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or commercialize our insights; (b) create derivative works based on our proprietary algorithms; (c) use automated tools to extract data beyond standard API access.
Protected Assets

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yoruste, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
07. Account Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Yoruste reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms of Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Premium Version and access all services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue use or contact us at support@yoruste.com to request account deletion.
Survival clauses: Sections regarding Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Dispute Resolution shall survive termination.
08. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kilkenny, Ireland, under the rules of the Irish Commercial Arbitration Centre. Each party shall bear its own legal costs.
